Interleukin-7 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor produced primarily by stromal cells. IL-7 has been shown to support the proliferation and differentiation of pre Band early T cells as well as displaying a biological effect on cells of NK and myeloid lineages. RANDOX recombinant Interleukin-7 comprises a 152 amino acid fragment (26-177) corresponding to the mature Interleukin-7 protein and is expressed in E. coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
