This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-IMMP2L Antibody (ARP60563_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP60563
Size: 100ug
Weight: 20kDa
Gene: 83943
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The mitochondrial inner membrane peptidase (IMP) complex generates mature, active proteins in the mitochondrial intermembrane space by proteolytically removing the mitochondrial targeting presequence of nuclear-encoded proteins. IMP1 (IMMP1L; MIM 612323) and IMP2 are the catalytic subunits of the IMP complex.
Alternative names: IMP2; IMP2-LIKE
