This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-HRH4 Antibody (ARP63567_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP63567
Size: 100ug
Weight: 33kDa
Gene: The peptide is characterized by mass spectroscopy
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Histamine is a ubiquitous messenger molecule released from mast cells, enterochromaffin-like cells, and neurons. Its various actions are mediated by a family of histamine receptors, which are a subset of the G-protein coupled receptor superfamily. This gene encodes a histamine receptor that is predominantly expressed in haematopoietic cells. The protein is thought to play a role in inflammation and allergy reponses. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Alternative names: AXOR35; BG26; GPCR105; GPRv53; H4; H4R; HH4R; MGC133027
