This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-HOM-TES-103 Antibody(ARP55421_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP55421
Size: 100ug
Weight: 23kDa
Gene: 25900
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene is a member of the intermediate filament family. Intermediate filaments are proteins which are primordial components of the cytoskeleton and nuclear envelope. The proteins encoded by the members of this gene family are evolutionarily and structurally related but have limited sequence homology, with the exception of the central rod domain. Alternative splicing has been observed for this gene and three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. Other alternatively spliced transcripts may exist, but their biological validity has not been confirmed.
