Specific for HCG (react mainly with alpha-subunit). No cross-reactivy with whole molecule of HCG, hLH, hTSH and hFSH. Cross-reactivity with free beta-subunit of HCG was not detected. Can be used for detection of HCG in EIA. Suitable for immunochromatography. Best recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 77F12-28A4, 27E8-28A4, 76G3-G2.
