This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-GTF3C2 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP31914_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP31914
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 101kDa
Gene: 2976
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: GTF3C2 is required for RNA polymerase III-mediated transcription. GTF3C2 is a component of TFIIIC that initiates transcription complex assembly on tRNA and is required for transcription of 5S rRNA and other stable nuclear and cytoplasmic RNAs. GTF3C2 may play a direct role in stabilizing interactions of TFIIIC2 with TFIIIC1.
Alternative names: KIAA0011; TFIIIC-BETA; TFIIIC110
