This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Gtf2h5 Antibody (ARP55987_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human, Mouse
Presku: AAP55987
Size: 100ug
Weight: 8kDa
Gene: 66467
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Gtf2h5 is a component of the TFIIH basal transcription factor involved in nucleotide excision repair (NER) of DNA and, when complexed to CAK, in RNA transcription by RNA polymerase II. It is necessary for the stability of the TFIIH complex and for the presence of normal levels of TFIIH in the cell.
