Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) has both glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and nitrosylase activities, thereby playing a role in glycolysis and nuclear functions, respectively. GAPDH participates in nuclear events including transcription, RNA transport, DNA replication and apoptosis.
