This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-GALM antibody (Catalogue #: ARP52648_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP52648
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 38kDa
Gene: 130589
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: GALM is an enzyme that catalyzes the epimerization of hexose sugars such as glucose and galactose. It is expressed in the cytoplasm and has a preference for galactose. The protein may be required for normal galactose metabolism by maintaining the equilibrium of alpha and beta anomers of galactose.
Alternative names: BLOCK 25
