This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-FZD4 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP41266_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP41266
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 60kDa
Gene: 8322
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: FZD4 is a member of the frizzled family. Members of this family are seven-transmembrane domain proteins that are receptors for the Wingless type MMTV integration site family of signaling proteins. Most frizzled receptors are coupled to the beta-catenin canonical signaling pathway. This protein may play a role as a positive regulator of the Wingless type MMTV integration site signaling pathway. A transcript variant retaining intronic sequence and encoding a shorter isoform has been described, however, its expression is not supported by other experimental evidence. This gene is a member of the frizzled gene family.
