This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-FZD10 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP41262_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Size: 100 ug
Weight: 65kDa
Gene: 11211
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: FZD10 is a member of the frizzled family. Members of this family are 7-transmembrane domain proteins that are receptors for the Wingless type MMTV integration site family of signaling proteins. Most frizzled receptors are coupled to the beta-catenin canonical signaling pathway. Using array analysis, expression of this intronless gene is significantly up-regulated in two cases of primary colon cancer. This gene is a member of the frizzled gene family.
