ETV5 (ETS variant 5) is a transcription factor of the ETS family, divergent member of the winged heli, Xenopus/Amphibian,-turn-heli, Xenopus/Amphibian, superfamily. Tissue specificity: Ubiquitous. Studies on knockout mice have shown that it is required for SSC self-renewal but not differentiation, thus affected mice e, Xenopus/Amphibian,hibit progressive germ cell depletion.
