This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-DYX1C1 Antibody(ARP52548_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP52548
Size: 100ug
Weight: 48kDa
Gene: 161582
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes a tetratricopeptide repeat domain-containing protein. The encoded protein interacts with estrogen receptors and the heat shock proteins, Hsp70 and Hsp90. A chromosomal translocation involving this gene is associated with a susceptibility to developmental dyslexia. Mutations in this gene are associated with deficits in reading and spelling. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Alternative names: DYX1; DYXC1; EKN1; FLJ37882; MGC70618; RD
