This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-DNALI1 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP53611_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP53611
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 31kDa
Gene: 7802
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: DNALI1 is the human homolog of the Chlamydomonas inner dynein arm gene, p28. The precise function of this gene is not known, however, it is a potential candidate for immotile cilia syndrome (ICS). Ultrastructural defects of the inner dynein arms are seen in patients with ICS. Immotile mutant strains of Chlamydomonas, a biflagellated algae, exhibit similar defects. This gene is the human homolog of the Chlamydomonas inner dynein arm gene, p28.
