This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-DDO Antibody (ARP61286_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP61286
Size: 100ug
Weight: 41kDa
Gene: The peptide is characterized by mass spectroscopy
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The protein encoded by this gene is a peroxisomal flavoprotein that catalyzes the oxidative deamination of D-aspartate and N-methyl D-aspartate. Flavin adenine dinucleotide or 6-hydroxyflavin adenine dinucleotide can serve as the cofactor in this reaction. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Alternative names: DASOX; DDO-1; DDO-2; FLJ45203
