Recognize D-dimer. Cross-reaction with fibrinogen; Low cross-reaction with D-monomer. Can be used for D-dimer detection in ELISA and WB under non-reducing conditions. Recommended pairs to be used in two-step sandwich immunoassay for D-dimer detection in human plasma (coating - detection): DD1 - DD6, DD3 - DD6, DD2 - DD6 (best pair).
