This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CUGBP1 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP40327_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP40327
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 52kDa
Gene: 10658
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Members of the CELF/BRUNOL protein family contain two N-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains, one C-terminal RRM domain, and a divergent segment of 160-230 aa between the second and third RRM domains. Members of this protein family regulate pre-mRNA alternative splicing and may also be involved in mRNA editing, and translation. This gene may play a role in myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) via interactions with the dystrophia myotonica-protein kinase (DMPK) gene.
Alternative names: BRUNOL2; CUG-BP; CUGBP; NAB50; hNab50
