This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CRHR1 Antibody (ARP63607_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP63607
Size: 100ug
Weight: 44kDa
Gene: The peptide is characterized by mass spectroscopy
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes a G-protein coupled receptor that binds neuropeptides of the corticotropin releasing hormone family that are major regulators of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal pathway. The encoded protein is essential for the activation of signal transduction pathways that regulate diverse physiological processes including stress, reproduction, immune response and obesity. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants one of which is a non-coding read-through transcript with the neighboring gene MGC57346.
Alternative names: CRF-R; CRF1; CRFR1; CRH-R1h; CRHR; CRHR1L; CRHR1f
