This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Clec1b Antibody (ARP47260_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Mouse
Presku: AAP47260
Size: 100ug
Weight: 26kDa
Gene: The peptide is characterized by mass spectroscopy
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Clec1b acts as a receptor for the platelet-aggregating snake venom protein rhodocytin. Rhodocytin binding leads to tyrosine phosphorylation and this promotes the binding of spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) and initiation of downstream tyrosine phosphorylation events and activation of PLC-gamma-2.
