Product Description: The CLDN4 Protein Human is produced in E. coli, and its molecular weight is 10.63 kDa. The protein containing 93 amino acid residues of the human CLDN4,10 amino acid N-Terminal HisTag residues and 8 additional amino acid PreScission protease cleavage site. The protein is a fusion protein consisting of two extracellular domains of claudin-4 linked together with the PreScission protease LEVLFQGP cleavage site.
