This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CDC25C antibody (Catalogue #: AVARP03034_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP30150
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 45kDa
Gene: 995
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: CDC25C gene is highly conserved during evolution and it plays a key role in the regulation of cell division. The protein is a tyrosine phosphatase and belongs to the Cdc25 phosphatase family. It directs dephosphorylation of cyclin B-bound CDC2 and triggers entry into mitosis. It is also thought to suppress p53-induced growth arrest. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been described, however, the full-length nature of many of them is not known. This gene is highly conserved during evolution and it plays a key role in the regulation of cell division.
