This antibody recognizes the CD69 antigen, which is an early activation marker (within 2 hrs) on T, B and NK-cells. CD69 is also e, Xenopus/Amphibian,pressed by activated platelets, and is possibly involved in signal transduction. The antibody can be used for detecting CD69 in flow cytometry.
