The CD45 (HI30) antibody recognizes the 180, 190, 205 and 220-kDa long single chain type I transmembrane glycoprotein called leukocyte common antigen (LCA). LCA is typically e, Xenopus/Amphibian,pressed at high levels on all nucleated hematopoietic cells including bone marrow cells, thymocytes, lymphocytes,Mouse, onocytes, granulocytes, but not on mature erythrocytes,Porcinelatelets and non-hematopoietic tissues and cells. CD45 is critically required for T and B cell antigen receptor-mediated activation.
