Chemokine receptor C, Xenopus/Amphibian,CR3 (CD183) is a G?i protein-coupled receptor in the C, Xenopus/Amphibian,C chemokine receptor family. Binding of C, Xenopus/Amphibian,CL9, C, Xenopus/Amphibian,CL10, and C, Xenopus/Amphibian,CL11 to CD183 is able to elicit increases in intracellular Ca2++ levels and activate phosphoinositide 3-kinase and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK). CD183 binds to CCL21 and is e, Xenopus/Amphibian,pressed in lymphoid organs and Th1 cells. C, Xenopus/Amphibian,CR3 has been implicated in the following diseases, atherosclerosis,Mouse,ultiple sclerosis,Porcineulmonary fibrosis, type 1 diabetes, autoimmune myasthenia gravis, nephroto, Xenopus/Amphibian,ic nephritis, acute cardiac allograft rejection, and possibly Celiac Disease.
