The CD105 antigen (endoglin) is a major glycoprotein of the vascular endothelium with a role in integrins and RGD receptors for endothelial cell adhesion. CD105 forms heteromeric comple, Xenopus/Amphibian, with signaling receptors for transforming growth factor-beta.
