This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CARD10 Antibody (ARP61870_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP61870
Size: 100ug
Weight: 114kDa
Gene: The peptide is characterized by mass spectroscopy
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The caspase recruitment domain (CARD) is a protein module that consists of 6 or 7 antiparallel alpha helices. It participates in apoptosis signaling through highly specific protein-protein homophilic interactions. Like several other CARD proteins, CARD10 belongs to the membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) family and activates NF-kappa-B through BCL10.
Alternative names: BIMP1; CARMA3; MGC142219
