This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CACNB1 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP34954_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP34954
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 66kDa
Gene: 782
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: CACNB1 belongs to the calcium channel beta subunit family. It plays an important role in the calcium channel by modulating G protein inhibition, increasing peak calcium current, controlling the alpha-1 subunit membrane targeting and shifting the voltage dependence of activation and inactivation. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and three transcript variants encoding three distinct isoforms have been identified.
