This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ATP2C1 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP44399_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP44399
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 98kDa
Gene: 27032
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: ATP2C1 belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases. This magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the transport of the calcium. Defects in this gene cause Hailey-Hailey disease, an autosomal dominant disorder. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases.
