This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ART5 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP48988_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP48988
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 30kDa
Gene: 116969
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The specific function of the protein remains unknown. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the ARG-specific ADP-ribosyltransferase family. Proteins in this family regulate the function of target proteins by attaching ADP-ribose to specific amino acid residues in their target proteins. The mouse homolog lacks a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchor signal sequence and is predicted to be a secretory enzyme. Transcript variants with different 5' UTRs, but encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
Alternative names: MGC22848
