This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Arnt Antibody (ARP30979_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Rat
Presku: AAP30979
Size: 100ug
Weight: 88kDa
Gene: 25242
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Arnt is required for activity of the Ah (dioxin) receptor. This protein is required for the ligand-binding subunit to translocate from the cytosol to the nucleus after ligand binding. The complex then initiates transcription of genes involved in the activation of PAH procarcinogens. The heterodimer with HIF1A or EPAS1/HIF2A functions as a transcriptional regulator of the adaptive response to hypoxia.
Alternative names: Arnt1; Arnt
