The MP5-20F3 antibody reacts with mouse interleukin-6 (IL-6). The MP5-20F3 antibody can neutralize the bioactivity of natural or recombinant IL-6. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ?0.25 microg per million cells in 100 microl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
