This antibody recognizes the mouse gamma heavy chain in IgG and is coupled to horseradish pero, Xenopus/Amphibian,idase (HRP) for applications in ELISA, Western blot and IHC. The anti-serum is preadsorbed against human serum proteins and affinity purified using a column coupled with mouse IgG. The purified antibody is then labeled with pero, Xenopus/Amphibian,idase by using a modified periodate coupling protocol.
