This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-AIDA Antibody (ARP63071_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP63071
Size: 100ug
Weight: 34kDa
Gene: The peptide is characterized by mass spectroscopy
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: AIDA acts as a ventralizing factor during embryogenesis. AIDA inhibits axin-mediated JNK activation by binding axin and disrupting axin homodimerization. This in turn antagonizes a Wnt/beta-catenin-independent dorsalization pathway activated by AXIN/JNK-signaling.
