This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-AGA Antibody (ARP61039_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP61039
Size: 100ug
Weight: 36kDa
Gene: The peptide is characterized by mass spectroscopy
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: Aspartylglucosaminidase is involved in the catabolism of N-linked oligosaccharides of glycoproteins. It cleaves asparagine from N-acetylglucosamines as one of the final steps in the lysosomal breakdown of glycoproteins. The lysosomal storage disease aspartylglycosaminuria is caused by a deficiency in the AGA enzyme.
Alternative names: AGU; ASRG; GA
