This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ADRBK1 Antibody(ARP51965_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP51965
Size: 100ug
Weight: 79kDa
Gene: 156
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The product of this gene phosphorylates the beta-2-adrenergic receptor and appears to mediate agonist-specific desensitization observed at high agonist concentrations. This protein is an ubiquitous cytosolic enzyme that specifically phosphorylates the activated form of the beta-adrenergic and related G-protein-coupled receptors. Abnormal coupling of beta-adrenergic receptor to G protein is involved in the pathogenesis of the failing heart.
Alternative names: BARK1; BETA-ARK1; FLJ16718; GRK2
