The sensitive measurement of functionally active rat tPA is easily performed with this 96 well strip format ELISA kit. Active tPA will bind to biotinylated functionally active PAI-1 bound to the avidin coated microtiter plate. Only free active enzyme will react with the PAI-1 on the plate.
