This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ACP6 antibody (Catalogue #: ARP48364_P050) made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Presku: AAP48364
Size: 100 ug
Weight: 49kDa
Gene: 51205
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: ACP6 could hydrolyze lysophosphatidic acid to monoacylglycerol. It was originally reported to be located in the mitochondrion, but the evidence seems to be weak and contradictory with the presence of a cleaved signal sequence. Western blots using two different antibodies against two unique regions of this protein target confirm the same apparent molecular weight in our tests.
Alternative names: ACPL1; LPAP; PACPL1
