Size: 100ug
Weight: 52kDa
Gene: The peptide is characterized by mass spectroscopy
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: 4930506M07Rik is involved in the generation of internal asymmetric signals required for neuronal polarization. It acts upstream of PI3K (phosphoinositide 3-kinase), by being required for spatially localized PI3K Activity. 4930506M07Rik accumulates asymmetrically in a single neurite before polarization, leading to axon induction for polarization, its absence from the nascent axon's siblings by competition preventing the formation of surplus axons.
