The sensitive measurement of functionally active mouse alpha2-antiplasmin is easily performed with this 96 well strip format ELISA kit. Functionally active antiplasmin present in plasma or culture media reacts with plasmin coated onto a micro titer plate. Complexed antiplasmin will not bind to the plate and will not be detected. After appropriate washing steps, anti mouse alpha2-antiplasmin primary antibody binds to the antiplasmin.
